The Raiders on Dec. 30, 2014 announced the following players had signed Reserve/Future contracts: running back Terrance Cobb, wide receivers Jermy Gallon and Seth Roberts, offensive tackle Dan Kistler, guard Lamar Mady, linebacker Justin Jackson, defensive back Vernon Kearney, defensive tackle Kona Schwenke and cornerback Jasen Watson.
Defensive end Shelby Harris signed off the practice squad, kicker/punter Michael Palardy signed to the practice squad and tight end Brian Leonhardt placed on Reserve/Injured, the Raiders announced Dec. 24, 2014.

Linebacker Sio Moore placed on Reserve/Injured because of a hip injury and defensive back Chance Casey signed off the San Francisco 49ers practice squad, the Raiders announced Dec. 16, 2014. Moore, 23, started 11 games this season and contributed 67 solo tackles (89 total) with three sacks and a fumble recovery.
Safety Larry Asante placed on Reserve/Injured because of a shoulder injury and safety Ras-I Dowling and linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu signed off the practice squad, the Raiders announced Dec. 13, 2014.

Running back George Atkinson III signed off the Oakland practice squad and cornerback Carlos Rogers placed on Reserve/Injured, the Raiders announced Nov. 29, 2014. Rogers, 33, contributed 26 solo tackles (35 total) in seven games before being sidelined with a knee injury.
Tight end David Ausberry placed on season-ending injured reserve, the Raiders announced Nov. 26, 2014. Defensive tackle Ricky Lumpkin signed off the Oakland practice squad and cornernack Jansen Watson signed to the practice squad.
Linebacker Kaluka Maiava waived from Reserve/Injured, the Raiders announced Nov. 17, 2014.
Safety Larry Asante re-signed and linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu re-signed to the practice squad, the Raiders announced Oct. 29, 2014. Asante, 26, went to training camp with Oakland before being cut Sept. 2.

The Raiders on Oct. 25, 2014 activated cornerback DJ Hayden from Reserve/Physically Unable To Perform; signed defensive end Denico Autry off the Oakland practice squad and placed defensive end LaMarr Woodley (torn biceps) and safety Usama Young (torn knee ligaments) on season-ending Reserve/Injured, the team announced.
The Raiders filled Roach's roster spot by signing former Eagles linebacker Jamar Chaney.
The former Mississippi State player is in his fifth NFL season and was released in 2014 training camp by the Denver Broncos. Chaney, 27, started 23 games from 2010 to 2012 with the Philadelphia Eagles, including all 16 in 2011, and played one game last season with the Atlanta Falcons. He has has 161 career tackles with one sack, three interceptions, 12 passes defensed and one forced fumble.
Starting middle linebacker Nick Roach placed on season-ending injured reserve because of a concussion, the Raiders announced Oct. 8, 2014. Roach, 29, was never cleared for contact in practice after getting hurt in an exhibition game at Green Bay on Aug. 22. In the 2013 season, Roach had a team-high 112 total tackles (83 solo) and 5.5 sacks while starting all 16 games with Oakland.
Linebacker Kaluka Maiava placed on season-ending injured reserve because of a hamstring injury and former St. Louis Rams linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong claimed off waivers, the Raiders announced Oct. 7, 2014.
Former New England Patriots wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins claimed off waivers, the Raiders announced Oct. 6, 2014. Thompkins, 26, reporedly was released by New England on oct. 4. As an undrafted free agent in 2013, the former University of Cincinnati player contributed 32 receptions for 466 yards and four touchdowns while appearing in 13 games with six starts for the Patriots. Thompkins played in two of New England's first three games this season, catching six passes for 53 yards.
Streater broke his foot on Sept. 21 during Oakland's 16-9 los at New England. He had nine catches for 84 yards and one touchdown in two-plus games before the injury.
Streater has 108 receptions for 1,556 yards and eight touchdowns since joining the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Temple in 2012.
Wide receiver Rod Streater placed on Reserve/Injured; Designated for Return, the Raiders announced Oct. 2, 2014. The three-year veteran will miss at least the next eight weeks after he reportedly underwent surgery Oct. 2 on his broken foot. Streater, 26, will be eligible to return to practice Nov. 13 and can play again starting Nov. 30 at St Louis.
Allen, 42, becomes the third head coach fired during a season by the Raiders. The others were Mike Shanahan (1988) and Lane Kiffin (2005), both dismissed four games into the season.
Sparano, 52, had a 29-32 record as Miami Dolphins head coach from 2008 through 2011. He becomes Oakland’s eighth head coach the past 12 seasons. The Raiders have not made the playoffs or had a winning record since winning the 2002 AFC championship.
The Raiders are winless in four games this season, increasing their current losing streak to 10 regular-season games dating back to November 2013. Allen reportedly was fired Sept. 29, following the team's return trip from London after their 38-14 loss to the Miami Dolphins the day before.
With Allen as their head coach, the Raiders allowed two of the three highest-scoring seasons by opponents in franchise history. Oakland reportedly has yielded 27.8 points per game since the start of the 2012 season, allowing opponents to complete 67.6 percent of their passes with a 101.6 passer rating. Allen was hired by the Raiders after one season as Denver defensive coordinator.
Former offensive line coach Tony Sparano promoted to Raiders' head coach the day after Dennis Allen is fired, the club announced Sept. 30, 2014.
Allen, left, had an 8-28 record in two plus seasons — the worst for the beleaguered franichise since before the late Al Davis joined the team as head coach/general manager in 1963. Allen reportedly signed a four-year contract when he was hired as Oakland head coach in January 2012.
Branch, 27, reportedly broke his foot during Oakland's 16-7 loss to New England on Sept. 21. He suffered a season-ending ankle injury against Jacksonville during Week 2 of the 2013 season.
Ross, 24, contributed 59 solo tackles and two sacks while starting 13 games with Oakland during the 2013 season. He was cut in training camp before signing with the Dolphins. He played one game this season with Miami before being released.
Starting strong safety Tyvon Branch placed on season-ending injured reserve and former Raider safety Brandian Ross claimed off waivers from the Miami Dolphins, the Raiders announced Sept. 24, 2014.
Brown, 25, had 60 catches for 801 yards and three touchdowns in 30 games with San Diego in 2011 and 2013. The former San Diego State player missed the 2012 season with a broken left ankle. He was released by the Chargers on Sept. 6 after missing most of training camp with a calf injury.

In reducing its roster to the 53-player regular-season limit, Oakland also waived running backs Jeremy Stewart and George Atkinson III, fullback Karl Williams, guard Lamar Mady, tackles Jack Cornell, Dan Kistler and Erie Ladson, offensive lineman Jarrod Shaw, wide receiver Seth Roberts, tight ends Jake Murphy and Scott Simonson, kicker Giorgio Tavecchio, defensive ends Jack Crawford, Denico Autry and Ryan Robinson, defensive tackle Ricky Lumpkin, linebackers

Wide receiver Greg Little and safety Brandian Ross are among 22 players waived, the Raiders announced Aug. 30, 2014. Ross started 13 games in 2013 after strong safety Tyvon Branch sustained a season-ending leg injury in Week 2 against Jacksonville.

Kicker Giorgio Tavecchio signed and kicker Kevin Goessling waived, the Raiders announced Aug. 26, 2014. Tavecchio, 24, was released by the Detroit Lions on Aug. 25. The former Cal kicker also spent time in the training camps of the Green Bay Packers (2013) and San Francisco 49ers (2012).
In reducing its roster to the 75-player limit, Oakland also released quarterback Trent Edwards, waived wide receiver Juron Criner, waived/injured safety Larry Ansante, wide receiver Greg Jenkins and running back Kory Sheets, waived/failed physical guard Lucas Nix because of a knee injury and placed tight end Nick Kasa on Reserve/Injured.
Cornerback DJ Hayden placed on Reserve/Physically Unable To Perform because of a stress fracture in his right foot, the Raiders announced Aug. 26, 2014. Hayden, 24, reportedly cannot practice with the team until Oct. 14 and will miss at least the first six weeks of the season. Per NFL policy, Hayden can practice for up to three weeks before the Raiders must decide whether to put him back on the active roster or place him on season-ending injured reserve.

Oakland on Aug. 24 announced the waiving of tight end Kyle Auffray, offensive tackle Emmett Cleary, linebacker Justin Cole, wide receivers Mike Davis and Rahsaan Vaughn, defensive tackle Torell Troup and cornerback Jansen Watson.

Safety Larry Asante and linebacker Spencer Hadley signed, the Raiders announced Aug. 6, 2014. To make room on the roster, Oakland waived/injured safety Shelton Johnson and linerbacker Marshall McFadden. Asante, 26, has spent time with the Browns (2010), Buccaneers (2010-2011) and Colts (2013) during his NFL career. He has appeared in 17 regular-season games, recording 11 solo tackles and an interception. The former University of Nebraska player was selected by the Browns in the fifth round of the 2010 draft.
Safety Jeremy Deering signed, the Raiders announced July 28, 2014. Deering reportedly played running back, wide receiver and returned kicks at Rutgers before starting 10 games at free safety as a senior. He contributed an interception and 39 tackles during his final season with the Scarlet Knights.
Veteran linebacker Kevin Burnett released, the Raiders announced July 25, 2014. Burnett, 31, started all 16 games with Oakland during the 2013 season and contributed 2.5 sacks and 105 total tackles (83 solo). He has played with Dallas, San Diego, Miami and Oakland during his previous nine NFL seasons.
Second-year cornerback DJ Hayden placed on the Physically Unable To Perform list, the Raiders announced July 24, 2014. Hayden, 24, reportedly underwent surgery to repair a stress fracture in his right ankle following the team's minicamp in June. He initally injured the ankle during the first organized team activity in May.
Former Colts and Buccaneers offensive tackle Emmett Cleary claimed off waivers, the Raiders announced on June 18, 2014. Cleary, 24, reportedly was signed by Indianapolis as an undrafted free agent in April 2013 before being waived by the Colts in September. The former Boston College lineman was signed to the Tampa Bay practice squad in October, where he finished the regular season. To make room on the roster for Cleary, Oakland waived wide recever David Gilreath.
Oakland on June 5 also announced the signing free agent receivers David Gilreath and Rahsaan Vaughn and undrafted free agent kicker/punter Michael Palardy. Gilreath played three games with the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2012 season and set Big Ten records for kickoff returns (135) and yards ret rning (3,025) at Wisconsin.
Oakland waived receivers Jared Green and Noel Grigsby and punter Daniel Zychlinski.
Third-round draft pick Gabe Jackson signed, the Raiders announced June 5, 2014. He started 52 straight games at left guard for Mississippi State and reportedly did not allow a sack his final two college seasons. Jackson, who turns 23 on July 12, is expected to compete for a starting guard position as a rookie. He is the last of the Raiders' eight 2014 draft picks to sign a contract.
Defensive tackle Justin Ellis and cornerback Keith McGill signed, the Raiders announced May 30, 2014. Ellis (Louisiana Tech) and McGill (Utah) each were selected by Oakland during the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
Carr, 23, was the 36th overall choice in the 2014 NFL Draft after a strong senior season with the Bulldogs, when he passed for 5,083 yards and 50 touchdowns with only eight interceptions. Carr is expected to compete for the backup quarterback position with Matt McGloin and Trent Edwards behind starter Matt Schaub.
Carr is the fifth of the Raiders' eight 2014 draft selections to sign, joining first-round linebacker Khalil Mack and a trio of seventh-rounders, cornerback T.J. Carrie, defensive end Shelby Harris and safety Jonathan Dowling.
Oakland's unsigned draft picks are left guard Gabe Jackson (third round), defensive tackle Justin Ellis (fourth round) and cornerback Keith McGill (fifth round).
Second-round draft pick Derek Carr signed a four-year contract, the Raiders announced May 21, 2014. The former Fresno State quarterback reportedly received a $5.3 million deal.
Cornerback T.J. Carrie, safety Jonathan Dowling and defensive end Shelby Harris signed, the Raiders announced May 20, 2014. The three rookies were selected by Oakland in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
The Raiders on May 20, 2014 signed defensive end Denico Autry signed and waived defensive tackle David Carter waived, the team announced.
Little, who turns 25 on May 30, started 41 of 48 games with Cleveland after being selected in the second round (59th overall) of the 2011 draft. The former North Carolina player has 155 catches for 1,821 yards and eight touchdowns in three NFL seasons. He had 41 catches for 465 yards and two scores during the 2013 season.
Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Greg Little is claimed off waivers, the Raiders announced May 19, 2014. Oakland also announced the signing of linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu and cornerback Jason Watson. The Raiders waived cornerback Johnny Adams, linebacker Frank Beltre and receiver D.J. Coles.
Mack, 23, was selected by Oakland with the fifth overall choice in the 2014 NFL Draft. The former University of Buffalo star to contribute as a pass-rushing linebacker in his rookie NFL season. In 48 college games, Mack recorded 28.5 sacks, a major college-record 16 forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, four interceptions and 21 passes defensed.
Top draft pick Khalil Mack signed, the Raiders announced May 15, 2014. He reportedly received an $18.7 million, four-year deal, which includes a club option for a fifth season.

The Raiders on May 16, 2014 announced the signing of the following players:
Saftey Tony Dye, linebacker Eric Harper and defensive end Chris McCoy signed, the Raiders announced May 14, 2014.
Pryor, 24, reportedly requested a trade after the end of the 2013 season when he lost his starting job to Matt McGloin. Oakland acquired former Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in March to be the starter.
The Raiders selected Pryor in the third round of the 2011 supplemental draft in 2011, less than two months before late owner Al Davis passed away.
Pryor showed flashes early in the 2013 season after beating out Matt Flynn for the starting position, completing 68.1 percent of his passes for 845 yards, four touchdowns, two interceptions and a 97.6 passer rating in his first four starts. The former Ohio State star was demoted after sustaining a knee injury during a Nov. 10 road loss to the New York Giants.
Pryor finished the 2013 season with 156 completions in 272 attempts for 1,798 yards, seven touchdowns and 11 interceptions, with a passer rating of 69.1. He also rushed for 576 yards on 83 carries, but was sacked 31 times.
Quarterback Terrelle Pryor traded to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for a 2014 seventh round draft pick (247th overall), according to published reports April 21.
Linebacker Kaelin Burnett (April 17), offensive tackle Matt McCants (April 18) and safety Brandian Ross (April 21) signed their exclusive rights tenders, the Raiders announced.
Brisiel, 31, struggled during his first season with Oakland in 2012 when he was hampered by an ankle injury. In the 2013 season, the former Houston Texans starter continued his disappointing play when Oakland abandoned a zone-blocking scheme.
Starting right guard Mike Brisiel released, the Raiders announced April 1, 2014. He reportedly signed a $20 million, five-year contract with Oakland two years ago before taking a pay cut in March of 2013. The Raiders signed Austin Howard in March to replace Brisiel as a starter and also signed Kevin Boothe to add depth on the offensive line.
Former Raiders wide receiver/kick returner Jacoby Ford signed with the New York Jets, the Jets announced April 1, 2014. Ford, 26, had a career-low 13 receptions for 99 yards during the 2013 season. The former Clemson star contributed 57 catches for 848 yards and three touchdowns in four NFL seasons, all with the Raiders. He also returned four kickoffs for TDs for Oakland and set a Raiders single-season franchise record with three in 2010.
Former 49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers signed, the Raiders announced March 31, 2014. He reportedly received a one-year deal. Rogers, who turns 33 July 2, started 116 games over nine seasons with Washington and San Francisco. He has 17 career interceptions and 109 passes defensed. Rogers started 48 consecutive games for the 49ers over the past three regular seasons and contributed nine interceptions, 36 passes defensed and 142 solo tackles.
Jones-Drew, 29,
had 8,071 yards rushing and 68 touchdowns for Jacksonville in eight seasons but was hampered by injuries the past two seasons. He has been limited to 1,217 rushing yards in 21 games the past two seasons. The former UCLA star and native of Antioch, Calif. averaged a career-low 3.4 yards per carry last season.
“I have a ton left in my game,” Jones-Drew told Bay Area reporters March 28. “People tend to look at running backs and say, ‘Oh, you’re 29, you don’t have anything left. ... I feel like I have a ton left in the tank and I get an opportunity to show that here in Oakland.”
Jones-Drew suffered injuries the past two seasons when playing the Raiders in Oakland. He missed the final 10 games in the 2012 season after injuring his left foot. He strained a tendon in the same foot when playing the Raiders this past season.
Former Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew signed, the Raiders announced March 28, 2014. He reportedly received a three-year deal.
Defensive tackle Pat Sims re-signed, the Raiders announced March 28, 2014. Sims, 28, contributed two sacks and 40 solo tackles while starting all 16 games for the Raiders last season.
Former Green Bay Packers defensive lineman C.J. Wilson signed, the Raiders announced March 28, 2014. Wilson, who turns 27 on March 30, spent the past four seasons with the Packers, recording 54 solo tackles and 3.5 sacks in 50 games with 11 starts.
Fullback Jamize Olawale signed his exclusive rights tender, the Raiders announced March 25, 2014. Olawale, who turns 25 on April 17, had three carries for 6 yards and seven catches for 63 yards last season as the backup to Marcel Reece.
“We brought Matt Schaub in to be our starting quarterback,” Raiders coach Dennis Allen told reporters after Oakland acquired Schaub. "We feel very confident that he is going to be able to come in and function in that role and be outstanding for us. Obviously, we love having competition within the team, but right now Matt Schaub is our starting quarterback."
Schaub, who turns 33 on June 25, threw 14 interceptions and 10 touchdown passes in 10 games during the 2013 season. Four of the interceptions were returned for touchdowns in four straight games, an NFL record.
During his seven seasons with the Texans, Schaub threw for 23,221 yards, 130 touchdowns, 84 interceptions and completed 64.0 percent of 3,181 passes. He had a career passer rating of 89.8 with Houston after having a 73.0 rating last season.
Schaub was selecetd to the Pro Bowl in the 2009 and 2012 seasons.
"A fresh start can do a lot of things for a player and a team and I’m one of those guys," Schaub told reporters March 21. "The past is the past. I can’t do anything but move on to bigger and better things."
The Raiders also have Terrelle Pryor, Matt McGloin and Trent Edwards on the roster, and they could select a quarterback in the 2014 NFL draft in May.
Quarterback Matt Schaub acquired in a trade with the Houston Texans, the Raiders announced March 21, 2014. Oakland reportedly gave Houston a sixth-round draft pick in exchange for Schaub, who lost his starting job with the Texans during the 2013 season.
Last season he contributed 75 solo tackles, one interception, two sacks, three passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Woodson returned one fumble for his 13th career defensive touchdown, tying the NFL record held by Darren Sharper and Rod Woodson. Woodson also extended his streak of seasons with an interception to 16, tied for second best in NFL history to Darrell Green's 19.
Safety Charles Woodson agreed to a one-year deal with the Raiders, according to published reports March 20, 2014. Woodson, 37, returned to his original NFL team last season after spending the previous seven seasons with the Green Bay Packers.
Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers left tackle Donald Penn signed, the Raiders announced March 18, 2014. He reportedly received a two-year deal. Penn, who turns 31 in April, reportedly started 108 consecutive games for the Bucs since five weeks into the 2007 season.
Former New York Giants offensive lineman Kevin Boothe signed, the Raiders announced March 17, 2014. He reportedly received a two-year deal. Boothe, 30, was selected by Oakland during the sixth round the 2006 NFL draft and started 14 games as a rookie before being released. He won a pair of Super Bowl rings with the Giants over seven seasons and started 32 straight games the past two seasons.
Former Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones signed, the Raiders announced March 17, 2014. He reportedly received a three-year deal. Jones, who turns 30 on March 31, had 59 catches for a career-high 817 yards and three scores last season despite being without star quarterback Aaron Rodgers for seven games. Jones has 310 career catches for 4,305 yards and 37 touchdowns in 104 games over seven seasons with the Packers.
Safety Usama Young and the Raiders agreed on a two-year deal, according to published reports March 15, 2014. Young, who will turn 29 on May 8, was the primary backup to Charles Woodson at free safety during the 2013 season. Young could emerge as a starter if Woodson does not re-sign with Oakland. Young contributed an interception, three passes defensed and 2.5 sacks in 12 games with the Raiders last season.
Former Raiders cornerback Tracy Porter signed with the Washington Redskins, the NFC East team announced March 15, 2014. Porter, 27, has 10 career interceptions in six NFL seasons with the New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos and Raiders. He started all 16 games for Oakland during the 2013 season and had two interceptions, 1.5 sacks and 53 solo tackles.
Former Raiders defensive tackle Vance Walker and the Kansas City Chiefs agreed to a three-year, $13 million deal with $3.75 million guaranteed, according to published reports March 14, 2014. Walker, 26, started 15 games for the Raiders during the 2013 season, recording 40 tackles (29 solo) and three sacks.
Brown, 29, spent the past seven seasons with San Francisco, playing in three NFC title games and a Super Bowl. He started 42 games the past three seasons and has 11 career interceptions.
Smith, 32, has played 10 seasons with Arizona and Houston, playing in the Super Bowl after the 2008 season and making two playoff trips with the Texans. He has 41.5 career sacks, including five this past season.
Former Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Antonio Smith and ex-49ers cornerback Tarell Brown signed, the Raiders announced March 14, 2014. Smith reportedly received a two-year, $9 million deal while Brown a one-year, $3.5 million deal.
Tuck, who turns 31 March 29, joins the Raiders after nine seasons with the Giants during which he helped the NFC East team win two Super Bowl titles. He has made two Pro Bowls and has 60.5 career sacks, 20 forced fumbles and six fumble recoveries in 127 career games.
Tuck was rated as the ninth best pass rushing defensive end by Pro Football Focus last season when he had 11 sacks, 12 quarterback hits and 44 hurries.

Woodley, 29, had 57 sacks in seven seasons with Pittsburgh and helped the Steelers win the Super Bowl following the 2008 season.
Woodley struggled with injuries the past three seasons but was still a productive pass rusher when healthy. The former Michigan star ended the 2013 season on injured reserve with a calf injury before being released Steelers in March. He finished last season with five sacks, eight quarterback hits and 24 hurries in 11 games.
After averaging 11 sacks per season from 2008 to 2011-11, Woodley has only nine sacks in 24 games the past two seasons.
He played linebacker in Pittsburgh's 3-4 defense but is expected to switch to defensive end in Oakland's four-man front.

Saffold had durability problems in his four seasons with the St. Louis Rams, missing 17 games with a variety of injuries. He missed time with a knee injury during the 2013 season and has also had problems with his neck, shoulder and pectoral muscle in NFL his career.

The Raiders reportedly agreed to a five-year, $42.5 million deal with $21.5 million in guarantees with Saffold on March 11, the first day of 2014 NFL free agency.
Running back Darren McFadden re-signed, the Raiders announced March 11, 2014. McFadden, 26, reportedly received a one-year deal worth $1.75 million with another $2.25 million in incentives and $100,000 guaranteed.
He has missed 29 games because of injury in six seasons and never gone through a full season healthy. McFadden rushed for just 379 yards and averaged 3.3 yards per carry in 10 games during the 2013 season.
Offensive lineman Rodger Saffold agreed to terms, the Raiders announced March 11, 2014. He reportedly received a five-year, $42.5 million deal with $21 million guaranteed. Saffold, 25, is considered a versatile blocker with experience playing both tackle spots and right guard in four seasons with St. Louis Rams. He reportedly missed 17 games because of injury with the Rams.
Former New York Jets offensive tackle Austin Howard agreed to terms with the Raiders, according to published reports March 11, 2014. Howard, 26, reportedly received a five-year, $30 million deal with $15 million guaranteed.
Former Raiders offensive tackle Jared Veldheer signed with the Arizona Cardinals, the Cardinals announced March 11, 2014. He reportedly received a five-year, $35 million deal with $17 million guaranteed. Veldheer, 26, started 42 consecutive games at left tackle for Oakland before tearing his triceps during 2013 training camp. He missed 11 games last season before returning for the final five games
Former Raiders defensive end Lamarr Houston signed with the Chicago Bears, the Bears announced March 11, 2014. Houston, 26, had 10.5 sacks the past two seasons while starting 32 straight games for Oakland.
Former Raiders running back Rashad Jennings agreed to terms with the New York Giants, according to published reports March 11, 2014. Jennings, 28, set career highs of 733 rushing yards, 292 receiving yards and six touchdowns during the 2013 season.
The 6-foot-6, 321-pound Barnes was the Raiders’ starting right tackle during the 2011 and 2012 seasons. He joined the Raiders in 2009 after four seasons with Jacksonville (2005-2008). The former University of Washington player has made 46 of his 103 regular-season starts in Oakland.
Offensive lineman Khalif Barnes re-signed, the Raiders announced Feb. 28, 2014. Barnes, 31, started 11 games at left tackle during the 2013 season in place of the injured Jared Valdheer. Barnes also started five games at letf guard after Veldheer returned to the lineup.
Jones, 25, was selected by the Raiders during the fourth round of the 2011 NFL draft. As a backup running back during his first two seasons with Oakland, he had 94 rushing yards on 22 carries and four catches for 36 yards and averaged 18.7 yards per kickoff return.
Jones reportedly was moved to cornerback after the 2012 season because of injuries and ball security. He did not play defense during the 2013 season despite the position switch. The Antioch, Calif. native briefly returned to offense last season because of injuries and finished with five carries for 23 yards and two catches for 55 yards.
Special teams standout Taiwan Jones signed a three-year contract extension, the Raiders announced Feb. 24, 2014. The former Eastern Washington running back was credited with 13 solo tackles and two assists, all on special teams, during the 2013 season. He also averaged 24.0 yards on 10 kickoffs.
Sheets, 28, spent the past two seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL.
He had 1,598 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns and 37 catches for 264 yards during the 2013 season. The former Purdue University star was the MVP of the 2013 Grey Cup when he rushed for a Grey Cup-record 197 yards and two TDs in Saskatchewan's 45-23 win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
During his two seasons in the CFL, Sheets rushed for 2,875 yards and 23 touchdowns, averaging 5.6 yards per carry.
Sheets originally entered the NFL in 2009 as an undrafted free agent on the San Francisco 49ers’ practice squad. He played his only two NFL games with the Miami Dolphins and also spent time on the Carolina Panthers' practice squad.

Former NFL kicker Chris Boniol hired as assistant special teams coach and Vernon Stephens as assistant strength and conditioning coach, the Raiders announced Feb. 6, 2014. Boniol, 42, spent the last four seasons on the staff of the Dallas Cowboys. He played six seasons in the NFL for Dallas, Philadelphia and Chicago. His best year was in 1995 when he made 27 of 28 field goals for the Cowboys.
Woods, 43, reportedly spent the past eight seasons coaching the secondary with the Minnesota Vikings and has been an NFL assistant for 10 years. Robertson, 44, played 12 seasons in the NFL and has been an assistant for nine seasons, including the past two with the Detroit Lions.

Joe Woods named Raiders defensive backs coach and Marcus Robertson hired as assistant secondary coach, according to published reports Feb. 3, 2014. They replace Johnnie Lynn and Clayton Lopez.
According to Internet reports, special teams coach Bobby April also re-signed with Oakland while three other assistants from this past season's staff — defensive backs coaches Clayton Lopez and Johnnie Lynn and assistant special teams coach Keith Burns — are not being retained.
Defensive coordinator Jason Tarver re-signed, the Raiders announced Jan. 14, 2014. Oakland ranked 22nd in total defense this season after ranking 18th in 2012.
Safety Tony Dye signed to a reserve/future contract, the Raiders announced Jan. 14, 2014.
Linebacker Frank Beltre, center Jarrod Shaw and cornerback Neiko Thorpe signed to reserve/future contracts, the Raiders announced Jan. 13, 2014.
Offensive line coach Tony Sparano re-signed, the Raiders announced Jan. 10, 2014. Sparano, 52, reportedly received a two-year contract. Under Sparano's direction, Oakland's offensive line play was one of the strengths of the team despite injuries to key players such as tackle Jared Veldheer and center Stefen Wisniewski.
The Raiders reportedly increased their yards per carry from 3.8 in 2012 to 4.6 this season, which ranked sixth in the NFL.
Edwards, 30, has played in 38 games during his NFL career with Buffalo, Jacksonville and Philadelphia, throwing for 6,033 yards, 26 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. Edwards spent time in Oakland’s training camp during 2011 before being beaten out by Kyle Boller for a backup quarterback spot.
Carter, 26, spent two seasons with Arizona and played three games this year for Dallas.
