Bush led the Raiders with 977 yards rushing last season, stepping into the starting role when Darren McFadden went down with a season-ending foot injury. If Oakland placed the franchise tag on Bush, he reportedly would have received a guaranteed salary of $7.7 million in the 2012 season.
