Texans 24, Raiders 17

FLASH RECAP:
Ron Dayne rushes for a 122 yards and a touchdown to propel visiting Houston (4-5) to a victory over slumping Oakland (6-6) before an announced crowd of 49,603 at McAfee Coliseum on Nov. 4, 2007.

The Raiders surrender 178 rushing yards and don’t score in the first half en route to dropping their fourth straight game.

The Texans, who had allowed at least 35 points in each of the past three games, end a three-game losing streak.

Oakland’s Justin Fargas rushes for 104 yards on 23 yards and a TD.

Raiders QB Josh McCown is intercepted three times and completes only 11 of 19 passes for 158 yards.

GOAT:
Raiders QB Josh McCown. Making his first start since Week 3, McCown is a dismal 13-of-28 passing for 158 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. His efficiency rating is 36.6.

KEY STATS:
The Texans rush for 178 yards on 39 carries. They enter the game ranked 30th in NFL rushing (80.5 yards per game).
