FLASH RECAP:
The Raiders have only 104 total yards and surrender 30 unanswered points en route to an uninspiring loss to the defending NFC champion Seahawks before an announced crowd of 67,158 at Qwest Field on Aug. 31, 2006. The Raiders' only score is a 72-yard punt return for a touchdown by Chris Carr 1:07 into the game. The Seahawks offense outgains the Raiders 185-10 in the first half, as Oakland allows three sacks and has only minus-3 passing yards. Seattle backups Seneca Wallace throws for one touchdown and Marquis Weeks rushes for another. With the loss, the Raiders (4-1) fail to become the first team in franchise history to go undefeated in an exhibition season.
