FLASH RECAP:
Matt Flynn throws for 102 yards and a touchdown to lead Seattle (4-0) to a preseason victory over Oakland (1-3) before an announced crowd of 66,157 at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Wash. on Aug. 30, 2012.
The Seahawks build a 13-0 lead before halftime on two Steven Hauschka field goals (from 25 & 29 yards) and a 2-yard touchdown run by Vai Taua.
Flynn's 4-yard scoring pass to Cooper Helfet gives Seattle a 19-0 late in the third quarter. Jaye Howard tackles Oakland's Mike Goodson in the end zone for a safety to build Seattle's lead to 21-0 midway through the fourth quarter.
Oakland avoids a shutout in its 2012 exhibition finale when Eddy Carmona kicks a 31-yard field goal with 15 seconds left.

QB Matt Flynn — Is 11 of 13 passing for 102 yards and a TD.
RB Kregg Lumpkin — Has 71 rushing yards on 20 carries.
WR Cooper Helfet — Has two catches for 14 yards and a TD. His 4-yard TD catch with 4:29 left in the third quarter gives Seattle a 19-0 lead.

LB Nathan Stupar — Has 11 total tackles (six solo including three tackles for loss) and an 11-yard sack.
K Eddy Carmona — Hits a 31-yard field goal with 15 seconds left to prevent an Oakland shutout.
WR Eddie McKee — Has three catches for 36 yards.

"We have all started thinking about the San Diego Chargers. I have already started watching film on them. That was our main objective, you want to get a win but to get out of this game healthy and be ready to roll for Week 1."
