Raiders 27, Chargers 17

FLASH RECAP:
Terrelle Pryor throws for two touchdowns and Charles Woodson returns a fumble for another score to lead Oakland to a victory over visiting San Diego before an announced crowd of 48,834 at O.co Coliseum on Oct. 6, 2013.

The Raiders (2-3) force five turnovers, including three Philip Rivers interceptions.

San Diego's Rivers throws for 411 yards, the third time in five games this season he reaches the 400-yard plateau.

Oakland's Woodson returns a third-quarter San Diego fumble 25 yards for his 13th career defensive touchdown, equaling an NFL record.

Pryor throws touchdown passes to Rod Streater (44 yards) and Denarius Moore (2 yards) on Oakland's first two possessions as the Raiders build a 14-0 advantage.

Rivers rallies the Chargers (2-3) with scoring passes to Danny Woodhead (5 yards) and Keenan Allen (7 yards) early in the fourth quarter, narrowing Oakland's lead to 24-17.

Pryor's 20-yard completion to Brice Butler on third-and-14 helps set up Sebastian Janikowski's 50-yard field goal, giving Oakland a 27-17 advantage with 4:29 left.

The Raiders beat the Chargers for only the fourth time in the past 20 regular-season games.

PRIME-TIME PLAYERS:

Oakland
QB Terrelle Pryor — Is 18 of 23 passing for 221 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. Pryor also has 31 rushing yards on 11 carries.

S Charles Woodson — Ties an NFL record with his 13th defensive touchdown and then seals the win with a late interception.

K Sebastian Janikowski — Delivers two long field goals off the baseball infield dirt, hitting a 47-yarder in the second quarter and a 50-yarder in the fourth that gives Oakland a 27-17 lead. Four of Janikowski's six kickoffs are touchbacks.

San Diego
QB Philip Rivers — Throws for 411 yards and two touchdowns but also has three interceptions.

RB Danny Woodhead — Has nine catches for 58 yards and a TD but is stopped for no gain on fourth-and-1 from the Oakland 1-yard line during the second quarter.

WR Keenan Allen — The rookie from Cal has 115 receiving yards on six catches and a TD.

KEY STATS:
Oakland safety Charles Woodson returns a Danny Woodhead third-quarter fumble 25 yards for his 13th career defensive touchdown, tying the NFL record held by Darren Sharper and Ron Woodson.


Terrelle Pryor's 135.7 passer rating is the highest for a Raiders quarterback since Rich Gannon in 2002.
Usama Young, D.J. Hayden and Charles Woodson have interceptions for the Raiders against the Chargers. Oakland had no interceptions in the season's first four games.
