STAR OF THE GAME
Philip Rivers engineers two fourth-quarter scoring drives to rally visiting Los Angeles (2-4) to a victory over reeling Oakland (2-4). On the game's final possession, Rivers completes passes of 42 and 33 yards to tight end Hunter Henry to set up Nick Novack's game-winning, 32-yard field goal as time expires. Early in the fourth quarter, the Chargers erase a 10-7 deficit on a 6-yard TD pass from Rivers to Melvin Gordon. Rivers finishes 25 of 36 passing for 268 yards and a TD and a 100.2 rating.

KEY STATS
The Raiders, who lose their fourth straight games, take a 16-14 lead on Cordarrelle Patterson's 47-yard TD run with 7:51 left. On the extra-point try, Jon Condo's center snap is high and Giorgio Travecchio's kick sails wide left. Travecchio was 13-for-13 on PAT tries this season before his fourth-quarter miss against the Chargers
The Chargers' Melvin Gordon has 83 rushing yards on 25 carries and a TD and has nine catches for 67 yards and a score.
Playing for the first time since suffering a transverse process fracture in his back on Oct. 1 against Denver, Oakland Derek Carr is 21 of 30 passing for 171 yards and a TD with two interceptions.
