STAR OF THE GAME
Derek Carr throws for 314 yards and two touchdowns on 20 of 32 passing with no intercepions to lead the Raiders (2-1) over the Browns (1-2). Carr's 13-yard scoring pass to Seth Roberts with 18 seconds left in the second quarter gives Oakland a 17-3 advantage. Car, who also throws a 3-yard TD pass to Andre Holmes in the first quarter, r finisihes with a 115.9 passer rating.

KEY STATS
With their second straight victory, the Raiders end an 11-game road losing streak. They entered the Week 3 game having lost 19 of their past 20 road games. Oakland also snaps a 16-game losing streak in the Eastern time zone.
The Raiders' Latavius Murray has a career-high 139 rushing yards and a TD. His 6-yard scoring run gives Oakland a 27-10 lead 30 seconds into the fourth quarter.
Linebacker Khalil Mack has two of the Raiders' five sacks and a forced fumble. Oakland had no sacks in the season's first two games.
With an interception with 38 seconds remaining, the Raiders' Charles Woodson extends his streak to 18 straight seasons with an interception, one shy of Darrell Green's NFL record of 19 consecutive seasons.
Oakland rookie wide reveicer Amari Cooper has 134 receiving yards on eight catches.
The Browns' Josh McCown throws for 341 yards and a TD on 28 of 49 passing with an interception.
