FLASH RECAP:
In winning their fourth straight, the AFC playoff-contending Bengals (8-5) score the game's first 14 points. After a Sebastian Janikowski field goal late in the first half reduces the Raiders' deficit to 14-3, Cincinnati takes command with two touchdowns in the third period. Cincinnati's Palmer is 20-of-28 passing for 297 yards and two TDs despite a career-high three interceptions. Johnson rushes for 117 yards on 30 carries to help the Bengals hand the Raiders (2-11) their 10th straight road loss. Oakland forces four turnovers, including two interceptions by Nnamdi Asomugha, but its offense continues a season-long trend of inefficiency. The Raiders don't score a touchdown until early in the fourth quarter on Brooks' 5-yard pass to Ronald Curry. Oakland surrenders a season-high 439 total yards, has no sacks on Palmer and has only 45 net yards rushing. "This one hurts," Raiders defensive tackle Warren Sapp tells reporters after Oakland’s sixth straight loss. "This one stings. It wasn’t even close. We didn’t give ourselves a chance."
