KEY STATS
Derek Carr's 140.2 passer rating against the 49ers is the highest for the Raiders since Rich Gannon posted a 141.9 against the New York Giants during the 2001 season.
A week after allowing six sacks against the St. Louis Rams, the Raiders (2-11) surrender only one sack — coming on Oakland's final offensive play when Derek Carr is tackled by Aldon Smith for a 9-yard loss on fourth-and-goal from the 6.
49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has an abysmal 54.4 passer rating on 13 completions in 33 pass attempts for 174 yards and a TD with an interception.
The Raiders limit the 49ers (7-6) to 97 rushing yards on 18 carries. Oakland enters the game ranked 27th against the run, allowing 130.5 yards per game.
The 49ers' Michael Crabtree has a game-high nine catches for only 56 yards (6.2 yards per catch). The Raiders' Mychael Rivera and Marcel Reece each have seven receptions for a combined 173 yards, with Rivera leading the way with 109 received yards.
Donald Penn scores Oakland's first touchdown on a 3-yard pass from Derek Carr on a tackle-eligible play early in the second quarter. It is Penn's third career TD catch and second against the 49ers, having also snagged one in the 2010 season.

THEY SAID IT
"Being able to bounce back from the way we felt last week (a 52-0 loss to St. Louis) was big for us. To win this game, the Battle of the Bay, your crosstown rivals, it's a big win for us."

Raiders S Charles Woodsson

"This week it was preached to us just how important this game was. This week more and more of us became true Raiders, knowing what the heritage is about, knowing what this game was about, how important it was to this city."

Raiders DT Antonio Smith

“I know the kind of talent we have, I know the kind of team we have. We haven’t put it together, obviously, throughout the season. ... I felt for the first time there wasn’t the little detailed mistakes that just ruined it.”

Raiders QB Derek Carr

BY THE NUMBERS
5: Raiders sacks, including two each by linebacker Khalil Mack and defensive tackle Antonio Smith.
9.7: San Francisco average yards per pass on 18 completions in 33 attempts.
254: Passing yards by Oakland's Derek Carr, who reaches 200 or more passing yards for the first time in six games

DID YOU KNOW?:
The 2014 Raiders join the 2012 Arizona Cardinals and the 2009 Tennessee Titans as the last three teams to win the following week after getting shut out by 50 points. Oakland lost 52-0 to the St. Louis Rams on Nov. 30.
With the victory, the Raiders end a three-game losing streak to the 49ers and take a 7-6 lead in the regular-season series between the Bay Area teams.
